The processing time for each document can vary depending on the type, but it typically takes between 5 to 30 business days after we receive your payment. Rest assured, we treat every order with the utmost care, ensuring that it meets our high-quality standards.
   
2. Shipping Methods: To make sure your documents reach you safely and quickly, we use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Global Priority Delivery, and DHL. Depending on your location and preferences, we’ll choose the best option for timely delivery.
   
3. Delivery Times: Once your documents are processed, we aim to deliver them within 3-5 business days. Need your documents faster? We also offer express services that can speed up both processing and delivery time.
   
4. Free Shipping: We believe in providing value without extra charges. That’s why all orders come with free standard shipping, so you can enjoy your documents without worrying about hidden fees.
   
5. Express Shipping: If you’re in a hurry, we offer express shipping for an additional fee. Just let us know after placing your order, and we’ll make sure to speed up the process.

Return Policy:

• If you receive damaged items, your package is lost, or you want to request a return, just let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order.
• Buyer’s Remorse: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return label fee.
• Order Rejected: We charge a $50 UPS return label fee for rejected orders.
• Customer Not at Fault: If there’s an issue on our end, we’ll waive the fees.
• Custom Orders & Used Products: These are final sale.
• Return Shipping: Please make sure returned items are packed securely and sent via a traceable ground shipping method.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:30 PM PST will be processed the same day. Non-expedited orders usually take 24-48 business hours to process. Orders placed after 3:30 PM PST or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.
